Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All U.S. and global (non-Canada) orders are fulfilled from our Minnesota warehouse, and Canadian orders are fulfilled by either our Winnipeg warehouse or Minnesota warehouse. 

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of Order Confirmation, unless temporarily back-ordered. We do our best to keep the website updated with stock levels to prevent stock-outs, and will do our best to notify customers when longer shipping times are expected on certain items. 

We are pleased to offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $50 USD, and Canada orders over $75 CAD, excluding orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Newfoundland, Labrador, Nunavut, Nova Scotia, P.E.I., and Northwest Territories.

Customers will receive a shipment notification with tracking information when the item has been shipped.

Returns

We are pleased to offer free returns to customers in U.S. and Canada orders for unused items, within 30 days of the date of order fulfillment.

If you need assistance with a return, please contact us at cs@snipersedgehockey.com and we'd be delighted to send you a prepaid shipping label and assist with any other questions you might have.

Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition within 3-5 business days, and then process any refund, exchange or credit immediately after that.
