Returns and Exchanges

Snipers Edge is pleased to offer free returns to customers in U.S. and Canada orders for unused items, within 30 days of order fulfillment.

If would like to request a return or make an exchange, please click HERE to visit our self-service returns portal and download a prepaid return shipping label. Then, please place your item in a brown shipping box, tape up, and drop off at nearby shipping center that matches the return shipping label.

Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition within a few days. Assuming the item is still in good condition, we will process the refund within 1-2 days of that, and you will see the refund credited back to your original credit card.
