Is the Attack Triangle for on-ice or dryland training?

Both! There are built-in spikes on the bottom of the feet and stick of the Attack Triangle, which prevents sliding while on-ice.

Is it difficult to assemble?

Not at all! The Attack Triangle comes with 6 black injection molded pieces, and snaps together in seconds.
